Bring dependable, respectful support to a family.
We are looking for patient professionals who value dignity, choice, safety, and meaningful connection.

Behavior Respite caregivers make trusted time away possible.
You may provide supervision, personal-care or daily-living support, meaningful activities, and authorized community access for children or adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs. Busy Bee caregivers do not transport individuals; transportation is arranged separately.
This is a non-clinical direct-support role. Caregivers follow applicable plans, agency procedures, and professional boundaries rather than designing or changing treatment.
Strong caregivers are:
- Patient, respectful, and person-centered
- Reliable and clear in their communication
- Comfortable following established plans and routines
- Protective of privacy, dignity, choice, and professional boundaries
- Prepared to complete required screening and training
- Willing to maintain current CPR and First Aid qualifications as required
Qualifications, background-clearance requirements, training, schedules, duties, community-outing procedures, available positions, and compensation are provided for each opening during the application process and in applicable job postings.
