Dignity and privacy
We provide assistance respectfully and protect each person’s privacy. Support is based on the individual’s needs without overlooking their voice, culture, preferences, or right to personal space.
Busy Bee Care Providers, Inc. is a woman-owned and minority-owned company providing Behavior Respite Services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs who are authorized through the Regional Center of Orange County.

Family caregivers need time to rest, work, attend appointments, care for other family members, and manage everyday responsibilities. Our purpose is to make room for that time while providing attentive, person-centered support.
Each visit is shaped by the individual’s authorization, established plans, communication style, preferences, familiar routines, and support needs. Our providers offer non-medical care and supervision in the home and, when authorized, in the community.
We encourage meaningful participation, personal choice, and age-appropriate independence while remaining attentive to health and safety.
Behavior Respite is not therapy. Our providers do not assess behavior, develop treatment plans, or promise behavioral outcomes.
When applicable, providers follow pre-existing support strategies established by the individual’s family and authorized professionals. We work within the scope of each Regional Center authorization and communicate relevant information about the support provided.
Community outings may be included when authorized. Busy Bee does not provide transportation.

Behavior Respite gives family caregivers temporary relief from caregiving responsibilities while the individual receives respectful, attentive support.
We understand that inviting a provider into your home or family routine requires trust. We approach that responsibility thoughtfully, communicate honestly, and work to provide support that feels respectful to everyone involved.
We will listen, answer your questions, and help you understand the referral process.
